Milestones

Today Nina tinkled on the potty for the first time, it was very exciting! We asked her if she wanted to sit on the potty, and she sat down, and then went! For all of you that have kids, you remember what a big deal this is...the start of the long and exciting road to potty training. In other exciting news, our back patio and sod project for the backyard is finally complete, as can be seen in the pictures (Alex and Mookie's ashes are buried under the new trees that we planted :). I am so happy to have a little sanctuary in the back, and our neighbors are certainly pleased that we don't have a backyard full of dirt anymore. Now we just need to do a rain dance, we have had such a dry year in Jacksonville, we are praying that this new grass doesn't die in this ninety degree heat. I am going back to work part time this week, let's hope that Tate decides to sleep for longer stretches , we are still getting up every two and a half hours or so, and I am pretty exhausted.
